Junior O2C Specialist (Dutch) – Relocate to Portugal

Start Date: May 2026 onwards

Overview

We are hiring a Dutch-speaking Junior O2C Specialist to join a global finance operations team in Porto. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in accounting, finance, or accounts receivable looking to grow within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes

• Handle customer invoicing, payments, and account reconciliations

• Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections

• Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or similar

• Minimum 6 months experience in O2C / Accounts Receivable / Finance
  (2–5 years is a strong advantage)

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles

• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite is a plus)

• Dutch (C1+) + English (C1)

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Customer-focused and able to multitask

Working Conditions

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00

• Weekends off

• On-site in Porto

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: €1,557.10 x 14 months

• Meal allowance: €7.63/day

• Welcome bonus (paid monthly across first year)

• Health insurance from Day 1 (fully covered after 6 months)

Relocation Package

• Shared accommodation (up to 12 months)

• Support with documentation (NIF, NISS, etc.)

• No flight ticket included
